    Bill has been a locksmith since 1975.  He has achieved the rating of CRL (Certified Registered Locksmith).  Bill is a certified ALOA ACE instructor, teaching full day classes on Small Format Interchangeable Core and Large Format Interchangeable Core across the country.  He is an industry author with three books published on the topic of interchangeable cores.  He has also created Small Format Interchangeable Core technical manuals for national and international lock manufactures while maintaining a working relationship with the major lock manufactures throughout the world.  Bill is a member of ALOA, ASIS, ILA, LSA and is a Clear Star Sponsor.
